Boost your core strength, flexibility and muscle tone in a fun, full body workout.

Getting back into a  regular fitness regime after having a baby can be a challenge. There are a lot of ante and post-natal classes available but, as I discovered when I had my little boy 4 years ago, once your little one is mobile, options are much more limited. My Fitness Pilates classes for 'Mums and Tots' are designed to boost your fitness AND have your child with you in the class. The aim is to develop your core strength, mobility and overall muscle tone whilst involving your little one as little or as much as they wish. This class allows you to exercise and not worry if you little one is crawling around or exploring with other children; the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming but you WILL feel the challenge of the workout and feel the benefits in your daily, busy life! A fabulous way to work out and share the fun with your little one.

'Pilates classes with Nancy have been brilliant - she tailors all the activities to our specific needs, as well as our children's'! I have brought my  new born along and my 3 year old and, despite the many distractions they bring, I still get a great workout thanks to Nancy's excellent tuition'
