I am delighted to be re-starting my popular Mums (or Dads/Grans etc"!) and Tots Fitness Pilates Class in April. This is a great class if your little one is now mobile so the usual Mum and Baby yoga classes are not available but you still want to work on your core strength and flexibility. This fun and welcoming class gives you the chance to work out in a relaxed atmosphere knowing your baby or toddler is welcome to join in or play near you. Details are on my Classes page.
