Fitness Pilates for Mums & Tots is designed for women who want to workout out with an instructor trained in post natal fitness but where their baby/toddler or even pre-schooler is welcome to join mum on the mat. My classes are very welcoming and accessible to all levels of fitness.
As a mother of a young child myself, I know finding time to exercise with little ones around can be tricky so this class means you get your workout done in a targeted way, helping strengthen your core and release tight muscles. It’s a lovely bonding class with the physical and, very importantly, mental benefits of taking time for yourself to exercise and meet other women.
