Your Autumn Fitness Regime - natural mindfulness

As our glorious (?) summer fades, motivation to exercise can drop as we succumb to the sofa on chilly, rainy evenings. Re-set your fitness goals now and you will stay on track - aim to get outdoors at least once a day for a walk or run ideally somewhere you can connect with nature and do some stretches or yoga each morning - your really will feel more energised and able to adapt to the shorter days.


In the gym or in class, don't just go through the motions- notice your breath, be aware of the sensation of your muscles contracting and you will feel stronger and more proud of yourself as you complete your exercise.
