I  have been going to Nancy's classes for over fifteen years and learning to dance with Nancy has transformed my life. As a teenager I didn't enjoy sports or PE. I always thought it was something other people did. In my twenties I started to attend fitness classes to try and live a healthier lifestyle; it was through Nancy's classes that I found my love for dance. She is such an inclusive, talented and fun teacher. At first I was nervous to go to a class with people who seemed so experienced. However, Nancy made an effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Over the years I looked forward to  her classes each week. I have had the opportunity to learn to stretch in ways I never thought possible, lift weights and even belly dance in Egypt.

Nancy’s Dance class  is just the tonic to get moving to music and having fun. The routines are easy to follow, sometimes nostalgic but above all enjoyable. For all levels no matter what age, it gets your brain stimulated as well as your body. It’s what you need when it’s cold and wet outside, inside we’re somewhere exotic!
