ABOUT ME

All About Fitness

I have been teaching fitness and conditioning classes, workshops and masterclasses since qualifying as a fitness instructor in 2004. My background in jazz dance and ballet led me to explore different dance forms and apply them in a fitness environment; with the birth of my son 3 years ago, I began to see the benefits of pilates specifically in pregnancy and afterwards. This, in turn, led me to take my Level 3 Diploma in Pilates and I now teach a variety of pilates classes for adults and am pleased to be able to combine my experience in the fitness industry with my interest in the health and bonding benefits of parents and little ones exercising together
