Workout Outdoors

I love working out in the fresh air.

The benefits of being outdoors are very well documented - the hormone serotonin is boosted and lifts our mood. Combine this with the endorphins exercise releases and working out in nature is a brilliant addition to your fitness regime.

Throughout June I am running Mind Body sessions in Morden Park - combining Pilates, Yoga and mindfulness for small groups.
